One-of-a-kind computer-controlled flaw detection during final quality check

Quality is the basis of our business. Therefore we use computer-controlled flaw detection in order to register and record even the tiniest irregularities. All of the products we sell are accompanied by a precise irregularity report, thus making unpleasant surprises during the printing process a thing of the past.

Our computer-controlled flaw detection system, not to be found anywhere else in the world, is now being used at G+O Friedrich on textiles with a width of 253 cm or more. Cutting-edge technology detects the tiniest irregularities, better than the naked eye can do. Each product we sell is now accompanied not only by the flaw markings we have provided so far but also a printed irregularity report. These reports show the exact position of the irregularity. Should additional information be required, we can provide it on request. Each irregularity is automatically photographed, so it is easy to determine the exact size and nature of the individual flaw. Naturally, we are continuing to work toward making flaw detection systems completely superfluous.
